REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Focus is complete customer satisfaction. So, it is always suggested to read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
ZEINET provides prepaid services and we do not entertain any Refund/Cancellation of any amount that may have been paid by the Subscriber(s) for an Annual/Semi Annual/Quarterly/Monthly package. It means No Payment Cancellation/Refund is permitted.
In case of any security amount against devices such as Router & Switch, Refund will be initiated within 10-15 days after receiving devices from customer. In case of any damage to devices will be deducted from security amount. amount of deduction will be depended upon the severity of damage.
Any disputes in regards to payments/ refund/ cancellation of transaction(s) due to technical reasons are subject to arbitration/resolution on a case-to-case basis.
Only in case of non-feasibility of a New Connection, refund is made by ZEINET. The time for the refund for such cases is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of refund confirmation by ZEINET payment team.
Refundable security deposit against any physical assets will be entertained only on returning the particular physical asset in working condition.
In case of Billing disputes, ZEINET subscriber(s) are required to email us with the specific concern on support@zeinet.in
The concern will be addressed in approximately 2 to 4 weeks, in case, any dispute is identified, it will be compensated by way of a discount/credit note adjusted in the account of the subscriber(s).
